Pre-launch policy draft
Mission Live terms of service
These draft terms support private evaluation only. They are not final commercial terms and require approval by the operating legal entity and qualified counsel.
The service
Mission Live provides live captions, machine-assisted translation, optional spoken translation, listener rooms, media captioning, and a protected retrieval path for recognized Qur’anic passages.
Accuracy and responsible use
Speech recognition and translation can make errors. Users must not rely on Mission Live as the sole source for emergencies, legal rights, medical decisions, safety instructions, or other high-consequence decisions. Hosts are responsible for appropriate notices, recording consent, audio rights, and human review where the setting requires it.
Qur’anic text
When Qur’anic text is recognized, Mission Live is designed to retrieve an approved human translation rather than machine-translate the passage. Source licensing, permitted display, attribution, and regional availability remain subject to the applicable publisher agreement.
Accounts and organizations
Users must protect host links and tokens, provide accurate account information, and use only authorized audio and content. Organizations are responsible for their operators, notices, listener access, retention choices, and lawful institutional use.
Plans and payments
Commercial pricing, annual discounts, taxes, refunds, renewal terms, web billing, and App Store subscriptions remain under review and are not offered by this draft.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited to protect users, licensed content, security, service stability, or legal compliance. Users may export and delete personal account data subject to disclosed legal retention obligations.
Legal terms still required
The final agreement must add the legal entity, governing law, dispute terms, warranties, liability limitations, indemnity, service-level commitments, copyright process, contact details, effective date, and regional consumer provisions.
